Dell Computers Bait and switch. I ordered 3 vostro laptops with vista premuim on feb 23rd, these were to be delivered on march 2nd, on the 1st i called and they said that the orders would never make it to me but they would expedite them... i called back on the 8th, 9th, and 10th and to no avail, theses units would never make it to me before the end of the month... They offeres Refurbished units for more money Denver? Internet

I ordered 3 Vostro laptops from dell on the 23rd of Feb, Jennifer Head told me that they would be there "No Problem" by March 2nd.... On 3-1-09 I called Dell and they said that the order had been redone and I would not receive these until march 9th or 10 and they were going to expedite these and pay for overnight shipping.... On the 9th I get a call from Pakistan telling there is no way these units will make it to me as they have not been produced yet...

I was so upset that I have spent the last few days on the phone for over 7 hours on hold and all they wanted to do is offer me a coupon....Them the switch/....I call a guy named Cliff and he offer to sell me refurbished Used Laptops and he could ship them today...of course more money, Plus he would overnight them.. out of frustration I agreed, An low and behold they shipped them GROUND! I am so pissed I am again on hold and have been transfered 5 times and the hold time this time is 47 minutes!!!!! Please help, Dell is selling used equipment and can not ship there
