Department of Legal Affairs Federal Tax Debit Scam Georgia

 To Whom it may concern, Beware of some one calling stating that they are from Department of Legal Affairs stating that they are a Lawyer and representing the United States Government. (They gave false name and false IRS ID number). In my case I had not send the terms to paid back my back taxes to the IRS (which I as planning to follow up on this week). They used me to get a large amount of money of out me by threating to have a detective come to my home to arrest me. They stated that there is a warrant for my arrest that they were going to arrest me today. I believe the scam even thou I have an lawyer who is helping with other legal matters. The caller also said that if I was to hang up or talk to anyone about the situation that a detective would be at my door in 30 minutes to take me to jail. All if is just a LIE!!! Simply hang up on the caller and call the local police if you have doubts...but do not forward them any money.

The caller is a scam artist and a very good one so do not try and get in a legal knowledge battle with them. Just hang up and call the local help. Hope this help some one else. Also the caller uses the fact that I believe in God and that he was a good guy by saying God bless you on the initial call do not fall for this. The caller is a liar and a thief. And I know some day the evil put on me will catch up with him. And I hope I am there to see it!!! Do not let the threat of going to jail make you a victim!!! This a SCAM...call the local police if you have doubts I hope this help some one else and these thieves get catch and get just punishment...I will say what I would like to see done to them. Stay Strong there are thieves and liars among us!!
