in the state of oklahoma you are guilty of a crime with department of public safety even if the courts dismiss's the charges that where filed on you and you still lose your driver license's

for example

on 06/01/02 i was pulled over by a police officers for drinking and driving or was it crossing the yellow line or was it tag had exspired 10 minutes after midnight

in my case the night i was pulled over the so called officer started to haress me from the time i was pulled over he very very rude and had no manners what so ever he acted as if i had just robbed a bank or something he said that i refused a breath test so i was arrested and jail for 2 days and till i was able to raise a bond to get out of jail i went to court for a hearing and it was set off till 08/022/03 at that time my lawyer and i was told that the officer that arrest me was not cleet certified so all charges where dismissed and the case dropped so i called department of public safety to get my driver license's reinstated but they said no that the courts had no bearing on your driver license's i thought in our great country of ours that you where incent and till you where proven guilty in my case i was found incent but with dps

i'm still guilty it has been over a year and i still have no driver license's it has cost me my job and a ton of money in lawyer fees but i'm still no further ahead then when i started is there any help or justice in our great country
