DFW has a great selection of boats. They sell used boats for people and take a cut but the staff is completely lost. They were not prepared on multiple scheduled meetings. Some main points on the boat i bought was that the engine was fully serviced recently and they would supply receipts and all manuals for the boat. I show up to pick up the boat and give then the money. They were not ready as usual, and i had taken off work to do this. so i wait. and i wait. and i wait. and i wait. they shuffle me around. i finally get the boat hooked up. i ask for the promised paperwork/receipts. i was told they would send that to me with the title. low and behold. they never came. i called. i called. i called. they said they did not have them and the owner did not have them. SOL. not even an apology. so if you want to sell a crap boat tell them it has been rebuilt with all new parts and you have receipts because they do not verify this.. they will sell the boat for you anyway.

Scott, your report makes no sense!  If you were treated this horribly why in the world would you even consider purchasing a boat from us. Especially if our "employee's" were lost?  It is hard for me to make a rebuttal against your comments since you didn't bother stating year/make/model of boat nor did you bother to leave your last name.  Based off of what I have read, there is nothing in your comments that comes to mind for me to have a clue what you're talking about.  For you to say you came here several times all of which we were not prepared, I believe to be completely untrue.  I have been here twelve years and do we always run things perfectly....no, but we do have a tuned schedule of procedure and I find your acquisitions nonsense. Further I find it very strange that after all the horrible service you received and lies we told ..that you still opted to purchase said boat.  For you to say no one so much as offered an apology, that is utter nonsense. Doesn't make alot of sense, to the norm, if someone was treated as you say you were, I'd think they would run away as fast as they could, not continue to purchase a boat  then go home only to write a bunch of unwarranted comments.

We have a wall full of highly recommendations of our service, and we sell all over the world.  Rarely have we ever had a dissatisfied customer.  We pride our clients and they are family to us. We treat them like family.
