DHS,CPS.CSW Some of the They fail to seek out the real truth about me,/the mother.and just take on assumptions to be the truth. Portland Maine

My nightmare  started with Department of Health.Services in the year 2013 of August.I basically had a Caseworker from another service supposedly trying to help me.As a worker,was not at all supported on any Real genuine level.So she realizes that I was about to lose my apartment and took it as I was incapable of any more being a mother to my six children.When personality she herself had problems.That I myself lack conference in her as a Caseworker.I was looking for new help but was commuting up with no one any better.I had to have "someone" to kinda check in with me.On a monthly bases.SinceI had gotten hooked on Opiates.just about six or so earlier.I was a late starter in using or abusing any Substance.I was in my mind, 30's. Very glad I didn't start any sooner in life and Pride myself on that! Unfortunately 

I wasn't having good luck with the apartment I was living in. It was clean ,but old fixtures,no updates in years.Was also a fire Hansard. So I stop paying on rent to get the help out of there. I told my caseworker this and needed help with a new place to move into with my children She just acted less concerned. I felt less of a connection that she had any sincerity in herself to want to help my Family .So started the process on my own. I had No Luck in getting a new place to moveinto before there was a knock at my door it was Child Protective Services. I answered the door and there was woman represents,CPS,DHS.

They began to tell me that they received a call and that the had to check in, to make sure my children were being cared for. They were all ok,well 5 out of six. One of my child was almost 19 .So they did and said that my kids seem good and that they only other concern was that my apartment had been supposedly connected to outside in the hallway electrical system. This was because I had not enough power to put 2 fans in each of the children's rooms without, breaking the circuit. So used the outside my attitudet outlet to plug in a fan. Yes,used an extention cord to get the fan to work. So my children would get some air and coolness because it was Summer! Also that I had boxes of my own personal family stuff around. It was because I for years, had my Items in Storage .I had no more money to pay on it. So the company delivered all my stuff to me and then I packed it in the rooms,but not trashed or dirty. I got people to back me up on a lot of the over imaginations. Totally taken a flaw,that isn't the worse case scenario but making it one. They left ,told me to find another apartment and in the meantime get the cords out of the way. Trust me my apartment was small and I didn't have a lot of good space that also reek of cigarettes smell. I don't smoke. The apartment smell of it terribly, also it had, bugs, c**k roaches. By no fault of my family. Im OCD,means Observation Compulsion Disorder. In flames terms ,I'm a Neat Freak. Been that way for decades. Also the father was in the picture Also got a lot to say. He is a good father and now has 2 of our boys We want our Two Daughters Back with their Real Family,that are Spanish/Ecuadorian.

But he can tell his side of the story after,add we he was during this time.He has addictions or any severity that make him a unfit father,but that doesn't mean that CPS/CSW,didn't say ,the mother,Oh your health problems would"conflict with the best Interest of the Children,now just 2 children in the system of CPS.that are of the girls/our daughters.

This is sicken to me.When CPS came back a 2 time.that's when I told them I coursework help.But little did I know that this was to them/CPS,a sign of weakness.Ask me too get all the children together.I did and the CPS,brought my children and me down to the DHS..Then down at DHS building.Ask me to go into another room while they supposedly ,"make some calls".I should of seen this was the first step to get my children out of my view.Then came into another room I was at,me blindly thinking that the DHS/CPS,WAS GOING TO HELP US,BY PUTTINGUSIN A SHELTER ALTOGETHER,THEY CALLED MY SISTER TO SEE IF SHE COULD TAKE THEM.

Long Story short she and her husband did.But I reached out for help!INSTEAD gotten my hand bitten.We needed Quality Care .Instead got shone a pound.Discarded as a "Junkie A**,Volatile,mother.With no,"Depth to her personality".Also has nothing to offer to the Up bringing of my/her children.Which I know is a Lie!I am a productive person,who ran into ,Lifes misfortunes!.

Now to save time after a year of me bouncing all over the place.To make myself better and improving that I'm not that "bad pass junkie"the CPS makes me out to be.A USA Citizen with a lot to offer in what it like to have disabilities,and other so called Health conditions.That can impose on how one can have a productive lifestyle/s

The thing I know personally that  I failed my children,to some  disagree ,I know it hurts,but I will own up to that.Parenting is like Medicen,It is not an Exact Science.

Bus the  State of Maine and the whole entity of the CPS/CSW,also the Lawyers,Caseworkers,Doctors,Case Managers,others with name titles near they name,etc.Failed this Family ,Big Time!

Now ,Two years and serial months later,I just got word I lost my Appeal.

Now,I'm in the process of conducting a letter to Jugde,stating out "Real Facts"that were not heard Right.And False statements that people got the stories wrong.That no one sincerely ,thought to correct them.

Also that CPS/CSW didn't do all the full steps in the entire manner they were were supposed to do and even admitted it!

So,that being said ,I can only pray,in the hopes that I can get Another Seriously Person to Help get Real Justice Heard and get My Story out there in Cybber World and in the Meteor.
