Diamond Resorts lies to Monarch owners to get them to trade their ownerships in for a Diamond resorts ownership. Lies about ownership of the resort is that they own the Cabo Azul resort and you won't be able to get in as a Monarch owner. That is totally untrue.
Lies that their ownership is every year and not every other year.
Monarch is every year but issued to you with 2 years worth at a time.
Lies that their HOA's ( Ownership dues are less.
Total lie. Take the number of nights and howm much you pay for the same unit and every time Diamond Resorts dues are 30% to 40% more per night.
Diamond says they own 133 resorts.
Total lie. They own units in 133 resorts misleading the buyer into believing many more nights are available than is true. Getting in anywhere decent is almost impossible.
The CEO of Diamond resorts comes in to Cabo Azul resort and blocks off entire areas for his own private use.
