  • Diamond Resorts International Nationwide USA

Diamond Resorts International When i purchased y Diamond Resorts Timeshare, it was transferred over from Mystic Dunes Resort. I was told that the maintenance fees would not be due during 2015 since i was purchasing in June, however, i received a bill in the mail on 19 Sep for a $2900 due on 1 Sep, this is not what i was told at the time of purchase. I was told that since i already paid maintenance fees under Mystic Dunes for the year, i would not have to pay twice, that was a LIE! I was also told that i could use my Barclay Mastercard to pay for my maintenance fees, The lies that are being told by Diamond Resorts International has got to be against the law, and i cannot imagine that i am the only one. Mystic Dunes/Diamond Resorts Florida

I know what you mean, what a joke DRI is. It's like going to an auto dealer and getting pushed into buying a car you really would like to have but can't afford. You don't realize all that it takes to get this loan to buy the car. Plus you are charged every year for the car whether you use it or not. But wait, it gets even better... When you do what to use the timeshare it costs you around a $1000 for it.

I rue the day I bought into this. I will have to put it all down one day but I too have spent around $30,000 and am paying yearly for it also.

I would have to save my points for 4 or 5 years to buy one week vacation at one of their resorts at $1000 a year maintenance fees. And don't forget to roll the points over every year or you loose them.

Plus, when you get to the resort you have to sit in on one of their sales meetings to get sold another timeshare. Sure, just keep saying NO, NO, NO. You might get out of there in about 2 hours.

Don't get me started. I've been dealing with them for about 10 years now. Not happy...
