COMPANY NAME DIRECT TV . YES 295.oo Dollars was Taken off my mastercard on /7/24/2013 they claim that they never took it , But i have prove because it came off my card i call my bank and i am still waiting for my money thanks. ASAP.

Had the same exact thing happen to her. They took 598 dollars unexpected from her child support card and claimed they never got it. She called visa and disputed the charge as the card was in her name, but the service was in her husbands name. Well visa gave her plenty of paper work showing where the money went and it went to them, but after hours and hours of phone calls they told her to fax the info. She went to her step moms home and faxed it EVERYDAY for a WEEK and they claimed they never got the fax. Then she decided to go to a local store 3 different times during the next week and paid to have them fax it to them and even has the 3 reciepts and they STILL claim they never got the fax. The crazy part is that they shut off her service and never restored it after taking all this money out. Then they told her they would send her a box and she needed to ship certain parts back, which she did. And they are still claiming they never recieved the paper work. She told all of her family and friends what has happened and showed them all of the paper work and even though its been over a year now, they lost lots of would be customers by their actions on this. I was looking into gettng service through them, but after seeing that i went with my local cable company
