Direct TV Never sign for Direct TV services!! USA Internet

1. They will never inform you about changes by mail
2. They will never inform you about automatically be signed for 2 years service contract when you update some of the existing services or when you want to replace malfunctioning equipment and you end up paying disconnection fee when you decide to switch to another TV company without knowing that you were "verbally agreed on the phone" to have 2 year service contract to your surprise. Of course, they cannot proof it, because it was "verbally agreed". Also, you will never get any notification by mail about that as well.
3. If they owe you some money (meaning refund) it takes more then 5 months to send refund to you (or maybe more if you forget to call and remind them about it).
4. Customer service takes at least more than half an hour to finally service you.
5. They are not friendly when you tell them about problems you having with TV
6. They actually were laughing on the phone when I was being upset about not getting my refund after 5 months since I switched from Direct TV to Verizon.
7. Overall, it is a worst TV company I had deal with.
8. So, never ever try to have any deal with this company!!!
