DIRECT TV Took money from my bank account, for cancellation fees. But was told by numerous reps there would be none as long as equip was returned. Internet

DIRECT TV is a complete rip-off and will take money from anybody. My girlfriend and I had TIME WARNER and was tired of not being able to watch TV without interruption. So we called DTV and they came out and hooked us up. Well all is going well for about six months,  till our complex tell us do to rules and regulations we can no longer have in our yard but we can move on a tripod to our back porch. So we have two different DIRECT TV technicians come out and they both tell us NO that is not possible to move because you will get no signal. WHICH means NO LINE OF SIGHT. She calls care for DIRECT TV and explains out situation. Not one rep. but also the other in the cancellation department told us there would be no cancellation fees due to NO LINE OF SIGHT which is neither my fault nor theirs. She was told that as long as the equip is sent back, their will be no charges as long as there is no PPV on the cards. We sent equip back as soon as we received boxes. The next day i check my account and what do i see, a debit for 406.00 DOLLARS. I immediately called DTV and asked what the money was taken out for. He said for cancellations fees and i reminded him of the notes they said they were puttting on the account and he stated he did not see that. The sup. i spoke to said the same thing we are still responsible. I advised them that it is not my fault we have NO LINE OF SIGHT but rather your service. Im disputing with bank, they have placed funds back into my account while they invesitgate. The only way I can see us not paying them is because it was my bank card that was charged, but its my girlfriends DIRECT TV account. Anybody in the future do not ever get their service and if you do record every call and write down dates, times, and names.
