DirectGardening.com After 6 weeks of waiting, items still not shipped and company will not cancel order Internet

I placed an order for $150 worth of plants.  After waiting over 1 month and not receiving the order I called to get a status.  I was told that the plants were not available and that the order had not shipped.  I asked to cancel the order and was told I needed to e-mail the cancellation request.  4 days after e-mailing the company I received no response.  I called again, and was told to e-mail again.  Another e-mail and after another 4 days received an e-mail back asking if I wanted to cancel the order???  I responded "Yes, please cancel the order".  No response back after 4 days.  Another call and I was told there was nobody around to help me that I would need to call back later. Attempted to call back and phone was constantly busy.

Finally a week later I received an e-mail back that they may not be able to cancel my order since it was in progress (although during the last phone call a week prior the customer rep verified that my order had not shipped).  Another call to the company and I was told from a manager that they could not cancel the order because they would need to verify with shipping that it had not shipped, however NOBODY WAS AVAILABLE IN SHIPPING.

Now nearly 6 weeks after originally placing my order I still have not received any items, have not even had any items shipped, have not had my order cancelled and have not been refunded.  I have now reported the order as a fraudulent claim and urge everybody to STAY AWAY from dealing with this company.  They don't ship their items and will not refund your money or cancel your order.

It is very clear to me that this is a scam where they keep making new excuses why they cannot refund your money and make it nearly impossible to speak with anybody that has the authority to cancel and refund your money.
