they first opened. I've always been happy with them, shop there a lot, sent
other people to them... probably not anymore. I can't give them a super low
rating because of one bad experience, but this one was bad.
I ordered an
air conditioner. They scheduled a pickup and didn't tell
me when it was - the only way I knew was UPS left a note on my door. Since I wasn't at home, they re-scheduled the delivery. The
replacement took almost 1 week to show up. That one was damaged during delivery. Offered to keep, it actually worked, the damage was cosmetic, if they would give me an
extended warranty or partial refund. Was offered $175 partial refund but declined
- that wasn't enough for me to risk it dying in a year. They did send the third
unit out as soon as they got confirmation that one was on it's way back, so I'll
give them credit for that. The THIRD unit (I've had to wait at home for UPS for
all of these drop offs/pick-ups) finally showed up this week. For all this troubles I only got a generic 'sorry
for the inconvenience' email and that was it. Nearly one month, tons of wasted time, 2
attempts at making it right and the customer service just seemed lacking
sincerity. I don't think I'll be shopping there anymore.
