After reading several other reports lodged against this company, we can conclude they are a scam. This report for example..was intentionnaly left by someone from this company to make others think the person reporting is an idiot..and the company makes good. Quite cunning, but they are busted!!

Buyer beware...we VERY aware. It is not the "level of incompetence" that is "stunning"..but the level of FRAUD and lies this company will resort to in order to scam people.

I was almost fooled as well...but detected a prank...and certainly this report is at the VERY least..a prank.

This has to be a prank report.

It is titled ripoff, thieves, liars, wrong phone,scam, fraud when all that happened was they contacted you to let you know the item was listed wrong, and they made good..and the shipping was a day late?

Sounds like some human error may have been made..that's life..but where is the scam, fraud and rip off?

Have you ever ordered from the internet before? Read some complaints..some people get nothing, or when the wrong item is send they do nothing. Some items take weeks and months to receive.

This report only concludes that this place of business makes good if they make a mistake, and that they make good fast. A day late on shipping didn't really constitute a report of scam and fraud. Maybe it was the shipping companies fault?

BTW, although the company has a USA headquarter..the main office is in the UK. I guess you noticed that before ordering?
