I too have been ripped off by Discovery Camera and Electronics. The scenario goes like this: I called to order a camera and two lenses 3 weeks ago. I get a rude New Yorker on the pphone that sounds like the stock brokers on the Soprano's show. He sells me a camera body and talks me out of buying name brand lenses in favor of an off brand.

Reluctantly, I do. Then he sells me filters, and kits for the camera. The box came in as promised. EVERYTHING in the box was wrong and one lense is missing! Along with a filter kit. MISSING.

So, I call and get the manager on the phone. Even more rude! He accuses me of lieing to him about the missing items. Then, I finially tell him that I will be sending the box back and he is to fix the problem.

I spend 35.00 to send the box back next day air. I would expect that the day after that, they would get the box, corect the problem and then ship back to me next day air. NO!! I called 5 days after and the manager said it was taken care of and then hung up on me!

I waited patiently and then 1 week after that, I called again. I got the same thing as the other report "Give me your email address and I will email you the tracking number." That was 2 days ago. Still no word! Don't get taken. I am not waiting to get the wrong stuff. I am canceling my order NOW!!! Don't order from these scheisters!!!!!
