dish network I close the service back in 2012. and Now oct/ 2014 i found out from my credit report that i am on collection saying I owe $245.00 and I paid my last bill on time. Englewood, Colorado

Ok so I have been with Dish for God knows how long, normally pay my bill on time thru auto payment that comes out of my account and i closed it on 2012 , the  reson for not getting the serivec and they knows  about it and they  are the one  who said  we gave up to fix you serivce  if you wnat to keep  your serivce you need to move from your apartment otherwise we cant help you and and i was like ok ,, and  i made  sure that i i have 0 balance and  with dish net work  and return their equipments and making  sure they  got it that was in 2012,, oct/22/2014,  

was checking my credit report and i found out that i am on the collection dish network reported to me on june 8/2014 for unpaid  bill for $245.00 i was  shocked that  time i called  dishnetwork they had  hard time to check it cause it been closed a long time than they  transferred to me the collection department and they were like  dont know  whats going on and they  have to dep to my account and they cant  see anything only the update  which the bill i tried to explind it to them and they  were say you pay we help you ,, if  you dont we cant  help you or talk  to you they were so rude to me  no matte what say so ,,, now they  trying to destroy my credit and affecting  my ability to live :(
