Dish Network ripoff fraudulent billing of porn pay per view that we did not order Littleton Nationwide

Called DISH network to have showtime removed from our account.

Noticed there was additional $10.99 chrg noted as "extasy ppv". I asked rep what this was and she replied that we had ordered an adult pay per view movie.
I explained that the chrg. was an error & she proceeded to tell me that there were 4 more chrgs for adult pay per view on my current bill, each approx. $10.00 and all ordred while my husband I were either not home or asleep.

The rep/Christy told me that maybe I should have a lock placed on those channels so this did not happen. I was slightly insulted, seeing as there is no one else in the house except my husband & myself! She then proceeded to tell me that we HAD to have ordered the pay per view because it was ordered by using the remote from the TV. I asked if I had to have a phone line hooked up to do this and she said yes. Then I told her we had a problem because there has never been a phone line placed on any of our 3 TVs in the house. Christy could have cared less & was as sympathetic as a doorknob.

The following day I once again call DISH, to speak with a supervisor. Calvin, the rep who took my call, once again ran me through all of the 10,000 questions only to end up basically calling me a liar because, "There HAD to have been a phone line hooked up and you HAD to have ordered the ppv movies." I finally was given to super, Rick. Obviously, customer service is not a big deal with this company. I felt very uncomfortable talking to someone who thought I was unworthy of his time because I was wanted to file a complaint and get this problem solved.

I mentioned that maybe I should call the local TV news channels and tell them my story so that some other poor family doesn't get screwed like they are trying to screw us. Rick's comment to me was, "You probably don't want to do that because you will only find out that you have embarassed yourself." I said, "Excuse me?" But Rick refused to elaborate.

I was given a box # by Christy & told "Super" Rick that I would call back once I found the TV that had that box# on it.

My husband & I looked all over the receiver for that#, finally calling DISH once again and speaking with Wayne (who was suppose to have hip surgery on March 29th... that's how he knew it was a Monday.

Anyhow, Wayne showed us how to find the number & we located the TV as one in my computer/office room. Then he showed us how to look and see what charged were on our account. I pulled up the info and there were FIVE more porno movies that were ordered the evening before!
I lost it and Wayne gave me another supervisor, Joe. Who gave me the same line that they all gave me...you HAD to have ordered...we didn't.

Then Joe connected me with Lauren Becker from the corp. office. She states she isn't a secretary, but I just didn't really buy it. She sounded more like someone who had just been told by Trump, "You're fired." She was willing to adjust of SOME of the charges but if it ever happened again...that's where I stopped her. I did not want this to happen again. I wanted it fixed and I wanted to know why this happened. She also, could have cared less about the problem, just make it go away.

Needless to say, I cancelled all of my service with DISH. They are NOT the only service in Northeast Ohio.
I do plan on contacting the BBB and the local TV stations and everyone else I can.
