Dish Network Supv. Michael rip off billing Nationwide

I have continuously received incorrect bills from Dish Network for my monthly statements. I have to call every month about a billing issue. My promotional period for my internet service ended in July 2014. I called in and spoke to a rep who had advised me that she would extend my promotion. She adjusted my Aug. Bill from $90.38 to $60.38 (promotion bill). I paid that. Sept. 2014 rolls around and again I was billed 90.38. I ordered the Mayweather fight for $74.99 on Sept.14, 2014. I call to make my payment of 90.38, which should be $60.38, however, I pay it. I called in right after I made the payment and was advised that the prev agent did not set my acct up correctly. That agent made a $30.00 adjustment and advised me that a 15.00 adj will be given on every bill til Dec. 2014..So now I have paid $90.38 on a bill that should have been $60.38 leaving a 30.00 credit.

So the $30.00 cred should have gone towards the $74.99 Fight bill, leaving a bal of 44.99... (so I thought) Oct 2014 bill is now $69.99 where did that price come from, I do not know, but I make a payment of 65.00 which leaves 4.99+44.99=50.00. Dish says I owe them $113.49. I have no idea where that comes from. The Supv. Michael says Ithat I have not made a payment toward the fight which is a lie. Dish wants me to make a full payment of $74.99 on the fight,  but don't want to bill my monthly statements correctly over charging me monthly (that I am paying by the way) and just bill me whatever the hell they want. Then Supv Michael makes the statement that Dish doesn't have to give me any adj to my acct those were given as a courtesy, no dumb asd Michael those were given because your agents jacked up my acct u under educated dip s***...
