Dish Network ripoff Unauthorized access to my checking account for equipment fee on equipment that was returned in jan but there not tracking Palatine Illinois

In January 2007 my wife closed our account with DishNetwork and returned all necessary equipment. In July they seemed to get the urge to say we haven't canceled our subscription with them and are giving us a $40.00 fee and are transacting it from our account with no notification and no authorization. Seven months later from the time my wife actually canceled the WORTHLESS satelite tv. Now it is August and again they bill our account for $800.00, once again unwarned and unauthorized. They say they didn't receive the equipment that was to be returned upon the cancelation. My wife mailed it to them in Jan. These people have now sent us $700.00 in the whole with my bank. I have contacted my bank they are disputing the charges as unauthorized, but I have a feeling this company may be to big for little old me to handle by myself. I have tried to call the post office and tried to see if they can track that package from january, my wife moved in january by herself because I was in Afghanistan, with the kids and everything she didn't think about keeping the tracking number especially now 8 months later. Very pissed off Soldier and will never use Dishnetwork Again.
