Be Aware, you will be charged no matter what reason or how long you had service, 1 minute or 10 hours.

She did not get what she ageed too and now is forced to pay 24 months of service.

Installation was a little after 10am 2/5/14, requested to be cancelled a little before 5pm same day for a number of reasons. Pick up of all equipment was the next day. I Agreed to a $15 pick up charge due to the fact she is not able to get to the post office.

1: It was never stated you did not have a right to cancel for any reason without a charge.

2: It should have been stated you have NO right to cancel or any kind of protection for any reason.

3: No contract was left for review and no time was allowed to read what was on his cell phone type computer.

4: A number of calls were placed within 10 hours of installation to cancel and remove due to a number of reasons.

5: All Equipment was picked up within 24 hours of installation per agreement.

6: They don’t care about "California's right to cancel Law" because they are not based in California per their statement.  

7: She Didn’t get what was requested and agreed too.

8: They wanted more money to get what she originally requested.


(A) A buyer may have a legal right to cancel a contract if his or her consent to it was obtained by the seller's fraud.

(B)The buyer has a right to rescind a contract when the exchange which the buyer bargained to receive from the seller "fails in a material respect from any cause"

At no time was it stated where would be any kind of charge if you had service for one minute or longer. If my mother would have known she had no right to cancel in less than 24 hour she would never agreed to any kind of service.
