DM MOTORS What they TELL you is NOT what they SELL you! Internet

We have bad credit, I am not going to lie- but it is due to job loss and yada yada yada.  We are trying to get back on our feet and KNOW that we have to pay more then the guy with good credit (because he did not loose his job or have a hardship).  So knowing this, we went to DM Motors a Buy here Pay here place- their speech to sell ya was almost too good to be true.  We found a SUV, worked out all the numbers (yes they do charge you WAY more then what the car should be) and then come up with all the interest mumbo jumbo (that too is WAY more then it should be) but hey they are reporting to all 3 credit bureau.  What they DON'T tell you is that if your payment (which I may add is every 2 weeks) is NOT in the office by 7pm they WILL repo your car. The funny part of all that is your told they don't have a repo company(that is the part that is too good to be true) oh and I may add you will be told that they will work with you on situations ect.. NOT~So as the story goes SO then I faxed over our paperwork for the automatic withdrawal as told to- first payment MISSED they called to inform me this- I said " I faxed the form and did what I was suppose to" Nope we did not get it (of course) so then I emailed it to them.  2nd payment MISSED- the banks were not operating on Presidents day.. Umm yes they were open! so as you can see it is an ongoing deal with them to screw you. Well, car was taken all my CARSEATS were in there ect.  How the heck am I to go anywhere when you have my car seats to try an resolve this? SO, here is the next wammy in order to get the car back I need to come up with $11k - how the hell can that be when I gave you a down payment of 2k, made payments and now it is more then what I paid for? GOOD GOLLY, CROOKS, SCAMMERS ECT.. The only person I can say is anything but nice there is Tina- Susan is the mgr and is a complete stuck all over herself power tripped well you can fill in the rest! So, I come to them because my credit is bad and now I have to come up with $11,2??? which is more then what I paid for originally. My advice RUN!!!!! Now my car is going to go to auction probably sell for 4k and im on the hook for the rest... Where is justice! So now gonna go for the LEMON law and fight these jerks!
