Dominion Process Servers were hired to affect court documents service. We mailed the documents to their Brimley Road address along with a company cheque. They were paid but no service was affected and no Affidavit confirming service was ever provided.

They have failed to provide the service for which they were paid and failed to provide proof which would confirm that the service they were supposed to provide was indeed provided. By doing so, Dominion Process Servers have compromised a Civil Litigation Case and we are seeking damages.

DO NOT USE these people! It is a SCAM! They have a BBB rating of "F" with 6 complaints that they never even responded to! And they have several articles wirtten about them on Ripoffreport.com
