My wife and kids were side swiped by a car driven by a young lady. She sped away after the collision. My wife followed her and finally got her to stop. The girl had no insurance. Turns out her father is the general sales manager for Don McGill Toyota Katy. He shows at the accident and try's to fight me stating I threatened his daughter. The issue at hand is the car had a dealer plate, no insurance and a underage driver. I contact the dealer to get insurance information and they inform me that Johnny Green now has insurance and will call me the next day. Johnny calls me at 8:30am the next morning, I missed call so I call back within 10 minutes and he is not in, left him a message and no call back. I call again at 6pm that same day, he answers and ask me to hold, I hold 21 minutes, he comes back on and ask if he could call me back later that evening. I say yes and still no call after 3 days. I call today and I am informed that he talked to my insurance and gave them the information. The insurance calls us and states that Johnny is one of a kind, they will not be calling him back due to his rudeness and lied about the entire incident. Our issue is Don McGill is covering up the fact that a employee broke numerous laws and is now losing for him. Several of the management have lied to us and now we will ultimately pay for the deductible even though it was not our fault. Why is no one owning up to this issue from Don McGill?
