done right moving we booked this company 3 weeks in advance and agreed on the price and the time for pick up and an approx time for delivery.  edmonton alberta canada

I sent the owner Doug text messages and called him 3 times in the 2 weeks leading up to the move to confirm. things seemed ok. the night before the move Doug called me telling I needed to pay half upfront. I told him u never mentioned that until now. so I paid the money even tho his kijiji add says no deposit required. the move was booked for between 830 am and 9am. by 10am I called as the movers had not arrived. he told me that they had truck problems and they were running late but they left at 845am from edmonton and had a 1 hour 45 drive to my place. 3 hours later and still no movers I tried calling Doug at least 10 times and no answer and when he finally answered he made up more excuses. said they broke down again. I asked what thee going to do now. he said another truck was going out at 2pm. at 3pm I called him back and Doug made more excuses and lied again. the movers called me at 300pm and said they were on there way and would be there no later then 5pm as its only 1 hour and 45 mins. 3 hours later and still never arrived. I called Doug again and he refused to answer my calls or texts. when he finally did he was rude and ignorant. said they were on there way but wouldn't call the driver to see where they were at . finally at 730 pm 11 hours late they arrived. I told Doug in the afternoon that they had to delivery my stuff in the early morning like at 3am . he said ok and if he had to drive himself he would. the movers called me and said there loaded and that they were only going to edmonton. I tried calling Doug and he refused to answer my calls or texts. as of now I don't know where my stuff is . he is a scam artist and a lying crook . I have no clothes for my wife and child and all our belongings are in the truck. we had to stay in a hotel because we don't have our stuff . worst movers ever don't use this happen to us on Jan 30th 2016 I see someone else posted one as well 7 hours earlier

He said they are sending a guy out and he was on his way. Again 4 hours later no show. I called Doug the owner again and he said another truck problem and another was leaving at 3pm and would arrive at my place at 5pm . At 3 the drivers called said they are on there way. They said they would be there at 5pm . Around 630 and still no show . I called the owner Doug again and he was rude again and would call the movers to ask where they were. At 730 pm 11 late they arrived . After loading they called and said they were only going to edmonton with my stuff. I told them I needed it by 3am as I have to be back in edmonton. I told the drive that and the owner . The owner Doug has refused to answer my calls and don't know where my stuff is . Don't use this service . I called the police and they say they have received many complaints on this company
