This company is extremely good at falsely representing themselves as a law firm to help you process a loan modification. They are well versed in the terminology and modification process and have answers for any situation you may bring up. They will even contact your bank and send documents to appear legit but you will learn they are not when your bank proceeds with a foreclosure. They do not take credit card or bank card payments which was the only item that gives them up.

Scammed me with promises of processing a loan modification per FHA guidelines to reduce my mortgage and make it affordable to my present income . all they did was send paperowrk to my bank and nothing of importance
