On 02-21-2017 I received a call from Tom Sim from Dorchester Law center promising a reduction on my mortgage payment with a modification that there are a lot of government programs and I don't have to pay until they finish the process I paid them $4000 a year went and they have no done what they promised. today I'm loosing my house I live in Florida .I have no way to met any of these people in person. They uses different names Tom Sim,Chester Michael, Edward Lopez, Tony Garcia. It is a scam they don't care if you loose your house. I contacted the FTC and complained it is time for the FBI to get involved many people are loosing their houses. Something has to be done
