Double Down Casino Their website crashes constantly, freezes up and then you have to battle to get your chips back that were never played Internet, Washington

Then you write a compliant and it takes them sometimes 24 to 48 hours and then they sent you a generic email telling you it is your internet, your computer or something. Then you have to argue with them and tell that you have written the Better Business Bureau, then if you are lucky you might get them to return your chips. Then you get some customer service reps that return your chips but you have to argue to get them.
I am now collecting data on the games i play the cost of the games in a excel spreadsheet to file a compliant maybe with the FCC which deals with internet games. I file at least two complaints each time I play, why in the world would i ask for my chips if i used them.
Today the manager wrote me and gave me back the chips that wasn't taken away but now i have to record every game.
