Doxy Lingerie - Jennifer Lutke Doxy Lingerie Complete Rip-off Maryland Heights Missouri

I placed an order for boots from Doxy Lingerie on October 11th. My money was taken out of my account 3 days later, an amount totaling $54. They were "supposedly" shipped 2 days later with a tracking # and all.

I called UPS when my boots didn't arrive on the date they were supposed to and they said no package was ever sent to them, the sender (Doxy) voided my ordered. I checked my bank statement and called the number given under the transaction. It turned out to be Jennifer Lutke's (the owner's) personal cell phone with the a full voice mailbox and I was getting no response from my emails to her.

I found this to be sketchy and starting thinking that maybe this wasn't just a a lost package, that's when i searched her name on various rip-off websites. My mouth hit the floor when i found the amount of negative information on her and her company.

I've never written a complaint about someone before. I would rather sit in silence and eat my food cold at a restaurant then get the waiter written up, but this woman is ridiculous. I've called and called and sent numerous emails. I never got a response and she still has my money. I'm working w/ my bank to get my money back.

I wish luck to everyone else who has delt w/ her and is still trying to get refunded!
