"Veterinarian" Dr. Kim "QUACK" Kuhlmann is a CROOKED QUACK HORSE DOPER who was SUSPENDED by California after KUHLMANN was found GUILTY of INJECTING the anesthetic lidocaine to a racehorse.
The WELL KNOWN QUACK CHEATER LIAR DOPER Kuhlmann said he meant to administer Lasix to the horse..... but mistakenly injected her with a syringe containing lidocaine that he had used on another horse the previous day.
This BLATANT CHEATING AND ABUSE is typical of the "QUACK", and he was SUSPENED for his "QUACKISM".
Jeff Bonde,a CROOKED CHEATING TRAINER, who employs the QUACK KUHLMANN, fined $1,000 for the same case by the California board in December for having SYRINGES... without needles in his barn.
BONDE and KUHLMANN...a QUINELLA...A QUACK AND A CROOK.
