dresssale.com ripped off. wrong color prom dress waited 2 months to get terrible quality. and cant get refund for their mistake Internet

I ordered a prom dress for my daughter and waited 2 months to receive. I specifically ordered a light ice blue and it came in a royal dark blue. about 12 shades darker than what I ordered. Looks NOTHING like the picture on web site. Bottom of dress is all uneven and way too long and inside on the material are marker writings where they used to mark the cuts of the material but used the marker part to make the dress. TERRIBLE quality.. I tried to do a live chat and after 35 mins got no where but left online waiting for answer on how to get refund. DO NOT buy from this place. they do not refund even if its their fault and cost about 35 to ship back. I am now stuck with a 100 dress that my daughter HATES 2 weeks before prom and have to go find a new dress. Forget a refund its not worth the hasssle. Also when you are ordering only in the end after you pay does it show up that the dress comes from hong kong/china...????

Since it's an online website you ordered from and the transaction was fraudulent, you can file a claim with your credit card or debit card company. You should receive a reversal for credit temporarily. They will investigate your claim and give the merchant 6-8 weeks to reply with their reasoning. Most likely they will be in favor of your reasoning and return the funds to you. You can include the shipping however you see fit.
