Also they use an p.o. box 560583 Dallas, Tx 75356 , In August of 2006 I called and spoke to Angela ext 31013, I explained that my daughter was going to have major surgery and I would have to pay a deductible, so I waould call her the beggining of September to pay what was owed and I would be a month behind. I already owed 125.00 for July. from paying co-pays from Dr Visits etc. My daughter had to have major knee surgery for a repeat injury sports related and the surgery was needed or she would a knee replacement would not even help her if the problem continued. So unfortuntly 3days after my daughters surgery, I recieved a call while we where in the hospital, that my mother had a struck. so I left 1 hospital to go check on my mom, the next day my mom passed. the friday rite b4 labor day.

So on the tuesday after the holiday Angela called me and I explained everything to her, (she of course gave her I'm sorry) and I explained I would have to call her back, I had to make funeral arrangements and also in the process pay for a autopsie amt $1000.00 to find out what happened to my mom at the hospital, since they stated she died in hallway and they could not tell us what happened. also i had to pay for the rest of her funeral (cremation). I told her my job since I was so upet took me off til October (without pay) so the $'s I was going to pay the car note with which was 800.00 to catch up I had to take of my mother with.

So I explained to her I would pull out of my 401k- stocks and put in for hardship. the end of September I did speak back to Angela and exlained I had to fill out forms and a process and that I would not get any money after approved til the end of October. She also explained to me , that if anyone called tell them I had special arrangements with her.

Will the end of October the car was stolen. police report filled etc. . Make a long sotry short when the car was found the insurance company would not pay off cause the car note was behind, I explained all to them gave them Angela ext # etc. Sorry to say I had nothing in writing. my fault (always get arrangements in writing). So when the insurance company contacted them, no such ext nor person Angela worked for them. . So I they sent me a letter saying I owed over 20,000.00 for the 2005 Impalia. I have called them to see what type of arrangements I could make and was told I would receive a letter. Last time I called them was November 2007. Still no letter. no response. I wish I had known about the company b4 I signed the contract.

Also another thing was alittle funny about where I bought the car from. they said the car was 2005 but the key they handed me with the green tag stated 2004. And also when I attempted to look the car up to see where It came from 2weeks after i picked it up. there was no info in car fax. for a 2005 with the vent # my friend put in for me. so I guess I am still waiting. I hope there will be a law-suit against company's like this. they do take advantage of people, from what I have read about this company.. If you have payment info for this company look on the back they have to many addresses.

also when you 1st get the call from them a week after you pu your vechicle , they mail out 1 pymt form at a time each month. I had to call them 3 times to get my 1st form , and the forms are always mailed out late to you , so the pymts are late. the forms you recive say in the mail on the 4th-5th each month and the due date is the 7th. for those of you who mail your pymts in.
