I have been harrased by Drive Financial every day since I took out the loan, they call me weather I have sent a payment or not, at least 5 times a day. They also call everyone in my family and harrass them. In 2 years my amount owed on the vehicle is still the same. They are rude, and lie about what you owe and what is paid. I am writing this in hopes to get in on the law suit.

I have finish paying for my car. Now they states that I owe about 2400.00 dollar in late charges, Which has never been put on my statement. So yes if there any thing I can do to help with the law suit please give me a call. I also have story the tell about the phone calls at work and home.
