Drive Time The Warranty STINKS Raleigh, North Carolina

I brought my car in December 2012 from Drive Time. My sales person was the best that anyone could ask for. He was great in every way you could have ask for. Toward the end of Feb. 2013 my check engin light and passenger lights was come on on the dash board. I went and had it checked out and was told the differebt code as to whay was going on with my car. I took it back to Drive Time and my sales person drop what he was during to help me. He call the warranty company and the told me to take it to the place in which thet work with to have the car checked out. I took the car to this place and i was given the best service that any one could ask for. The said  when my oil was changed the didn't put enough oil back into my car. (Sears is who the warranty commpany deal with) As for as the seat belt they said that the computer system needed to be resent and it had to go to a chevy dealership to get repaired. The repair man said tech warrant people siad they were not go to pay for it. I replied what!!!. I call my sales person and he advised me to call the warranty company back and tell them I just got the cain December 2012. I call the chey dealer and I was told that they didn't no why the check engin light and seat beat lights were coming on but I need to have it checked out. I also told them about what the warranty company repair shop had said about the computer system needed to be reset.. On the way to the dealership the check engin and seat belt lights came on again. Got to the shop and I was told that I would have to leave my car. I have a chey malibu 2010. So I call the warranty company back to see if they could get me a rental car. The two customer service people acted as if they didn't care. I had one to tell me that because my car was used that I am expected to have some expenses. I told him yes but not 3monts after I got the car. My sales person and his manager at the dealership was wonderful in trying to help but it was left up to the warranty company. The warranty company just wants your money and not trying to help the person who just a car from Drive Time.
