DS Water DS Services, water.com Illigal Biiling and Faque Phoenix, AZ

It is amazing how a company that big can stay in business abusing their customers and doing whatever they want, pretending to be morally and ethically correct.  I ask the company for prove of delivery and they refuse, they just send me some lame statements that don’t show anything.  That is because they did not delivered any water ever. 

DS water was charging me for water that they never delivered; still they want me to pay. I called them hundreds of time to see what was going on with the service.  However, waited for hours every time, not want answered the phone. So I did not pay, with the hope that someone from collection will call. Nevertheless no one ever did.  One day out of the blue someone showed up in my house looking for the equipment. The poor delivery driver told me, after I ask for explanation of none delivery, he said “you are better off with someone else, this company is losing clients left and right for the same issue that you have, drivers lying about delivery of water , they want every driver to deliver an impossible amount of water daily .”

 I don’t blame the incompetent employees at DS Waters because in order for a business this big to continue to be in business they must have underpaid uneducated labor force, so they can be treated like slaves.

 Regarding the credit reporting I don’t really care if they removed or not.  This will remind me, not to ever purchase any service from this company or any of it associates,  and to let ALL my clients and associates and friends to stay away from this corrupted company.
