I ordered a product from this website specifically to do a review of the website in question. Unfortunately, the site appears to be a scam for various reasons. I placed an order, emailed the company a few days later asking if my order was shipped, and received a reply two days later stating that it was shipped 'that day'. I have yet to receive the product.

Terrible Customer Service

Placed an order 11/30. Order was not shipped for two weeks. I filed a dispute with paypal. The company provided paypal a tracking which did not include 1/2 the order. Order was receive incomplete before Christmas. Paypal closed the dispute because of the tracking this company did provide and now they are completely non-responsive. It has now been a month and the order missed the Christmas deadline. I ordered replacements and got them in three days from another company. I have sent numerous messages without response requesting tracking or status. Last week I started requesting a refund because I no longer need any hardware from this company. Be warned, horrible shipping practices and customer service. This is the last response I have gotten from them 12/23. I have not received the missing part of the order nor a refund. Over 30 days is unacceptable and the right thing would be to refund my payment instead of ignoring the customer.

Dear Jim,
I sincerely apologize for any shipping delays you are experiencing with USPS. As you stated unfortunately we do not track order through USPS due to the lack of USPS not having a "live tracking" such as FedEx or UPS. Nine out of ten times our packages reach our customers before tracking ever updates thus why we do not attach tracking. I apologize for the inconvenience of not offering tracking to you, in the future we may start offering tracking information to our customers.
As you may know we are a verified Yahoo Store and independently verified by Trust Guard as a legitimate business. We simply are not in the business of stealing peoples hard earned money.
During this time of year packages unfortunately we get lost, mis-routed or even stolen. We are more than happy to refund you shipping fees and send out a replacement package after 15 shipping days have passed. This allows us enough time to file a claim with USPS and in case a package was simply mis-routed and will take a bit longer to reach you.
Again I do apologize for the delay with receiving your package!
