 I have ordered products for the nintendo ds from this company. at first it appears to be a legitimate site with all the trust guard stamps on their site stating they were trustworthy. i am cautious with every online transactions i make and put effort to try to find reviews on this company on google or any other sites that may have reviews. I thought it was odd that there were no reviews or anything listed on them outside their own site. I ordered the products on 12/08/09 like all other companys they sent me a confirmation email about when i should recieve the products and how it was going to be shipped. 1-3 days for the items to be shipped out and 7 days for it arrive. I thought it was wierd that they did not send me a tracking number for me to check on the status.. I emailed them with my concerns and they stated that usps does not have any tracking numbers unless its 'express mail'. i gave them the benefit of the doubt and assumed they just sent it normally and thats why they weren't able to give me a tracking number. A few days later when the item should have arrived I informed them that i was now wondering if this was a fake company so i emailed them that i have not recieved the products and my account has been debited. they then told me that it should have been there by now and they will send out another one. it sounds all too wierd how quickly they were going to ship it and not have any concerns or how to make this better on their consumers like express mail or two day delivery or update with usps. I contacted their phone number numerous of times and it just ends up to a voicemail and if we want any quick response to email them instead. I have been doing that for a week and a half and had no resolutions or my products. I also reviewed their address that is listed on the site and googled it. it is a payroll company who have not heard of them. i have a great feeling this company is a fraud.

Bad Customer Service

Placed an order 11/30.  Order was not shipped for two weeks.  I filed a dispute with paypal.  The company provided paypal a tracking which did not include 1/2 the order.  Order was receive incomplete before Christmas.  Paypal closed the dispute because of the tracking this company did provide and now they are completely non-responsive.  It has now been a month and the order missed the Christmas deadline.  I ordered replacements and got them in three days from another company.  I have sent numerous messages without response requesting tracking or status.  Last week I started requesting a refund because I no longer need any hardware from this company.  Be warned, horrible shipping practices and customer service.  This is the last response I have gotten from them 12/23.  I have not received the missing part of the order nor a refund.  Over 30 days is unacceptable and the right thing would be to refund my payment instead of ignoring the customer.

Scam

Here it is 12/27/09 and my package never came. I ordered it on 12/11/09. Supposedly it "Probably got lost or stolen in the mail" and they're going to send me out a new one. I find it very strange how this seems to happen to everyone. Don't buy from these people, it's obviously a scam. Stay away and go to someone else.

I also ordered from this site on 10/22//09 and 12/10/09. I have got both orders already. When I emailed them they responded within 3 hours on all the emails I sent. This is not a scam website they sent my stuff to me. Try emailing them at sales@dscardsdepot.com they will respond. This is what I did they helped me.

Shipping Delays

I experienced shipping delays with them as well. I figured it was the holiday season and things were slow with USPS. Unfortunately they do not track their packages as stated by one of their sales associates in email. I finally did receive the product after about 14 days.

I was told due to a back order that they had to ship it from Hong Kong even though they are located in the USA. The only way I could ever get a hold of them was through email as they stated they do not offer phone support. I wish shipping had been faster but it being Dec and it coming from Hong Kong I guess 14 days sounds about right.

I am happy that my kids finally did get the product! Poor shipping tho!
