Danesh, the manager of Dunkin' Donuts' hired most of the employees who come from his native land gujrat, india, he always talking with them in gujrati language that is really disturbing for the other employees and for the guest. He always favor those employees, for example: he make their schedule 8 hour a day, but on monday one of them work only 5 hour but she is paid for 8 hour. The manager and the other eployees talking and laughing in front of the guest and make fun of the other employees. The manager never let one of his gujrati employee to do the side job and to make the sandwiches. So, its very hard to work with them for the employees.
