E-Pro-Auction Cancellation and charging credit card $49.95 per Month Orem Utah

I wanted the free kit to learn about selling on Ebay. After signing for the kit on 09/20/06, I found that it would cost $49.95 per Month to work with them.

I cancelled it on 09/28/06, which was the time given to cancel without cost. I have a print-off of the sheet that I cancelled. I was layed off my job and I did not want to take on extra cost at that time. I put all my cards away and set up my computer to pay my Monthly bills.

I had a lot of trouble with the bank and didn't notice that I was being charged each Month till about June this Year, 2007. I called the number on the charge from my card and they cancelled the account to not be charged anylonger. I sent e-pro a letter telling them that I had cancelled and they have not responded to me in anyway.

I contacted my credit card company and they can only go after the last payments. I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I want them to refund all of the money to my card. My card interest went up to 32% interest because I went over my credit with the card because of them. I do have the paper work for signing up and cancelling. I have done no business witht them to be charged.
