EPro Auctione-Pro Auction blatantly ignored request to cancel and refund service - still charged credit card Ripoff Orem Utah

I got a thing in the mail about a free trial for the E-Pro Auction kit. I did not receive the alleged kit until two months after the trial had started.

At that time they tried charging me $50 for a service that I hadn't even used yet, let alone had time to use. When I called them, they wouldn't simply refund me and cancel it.

They persisted on trying to sweet talk me into extending the free trial even though I made it explicitly clear that I no longer wished to be a part of this thing.

I asked for my card to be refunded AND for them to remove me from any active status with them AND to no longer charge me for their services.

The other day, I noticed that they once again charged my credit card for the $50 amount. I have not yet contacted them again to remove the charge because I am certain they will once again try to persuade me to extend the "trial" service then charge me again when my guard is down.

This is a fraud that needs to be nipped in the bud ASAP.
