E Teacher Scam Internet

I signed up for classes to begin in Mid Sept, installments were 6 monthly installments of about $140 each.

E Teacher Group charged my account 3 times before the first class, after the first class the teacher canceled. I then requested a rescheduling, and received no contact from Sept - Mid Oct ( 4 weeks .

I then sent an email to the instructor, whom replied a service agent would contact me, they did 2 weeks later ( Oct 30 )

We rescheduled for Nov class, but agent didn't have class times so advised another person would contact me, No contact by Nov 4, so I sent a help ticket in ------- No Contact so on Nov 10 I sent anopther help ticket in and requested a refund.

Agent called on Nov 11, refused a refund, offered "other materials" or another class, I refused, agent was rude, refused to listen to me, talked loudly over me to interupt me, refused to put me in contact with a superior and then advised they would be charging me $589 more !

Agent followed up with an email - which was only the third one I have ever received concenring my complaints, said they were charging my account for 589.00

I logged on to the site, they removed all my previous help tickets

WHAT A SCAM !
