Poor phone service; Called over 20 numbers for so-called "techs" who are in various countries with Code names, and cannot help. Have been trying since June 2007 to get a new email address and password. Have been trying since 10-09-07 to get a NEW account sent up on a new machine. Cannot REACH A REAL REP. in the States. All I get is excuses, but they still are taking money from my Visa card.
