Ecampus - ecampus.com Will Steal Your Books, Ripoff Internet
So I tried to use their online chat. As soon as I would get to first in the queue, I would be kicked off and have to start over. After an hour of this, I gave up and got on the phone. "96th in line with a wait time of 56 minutes," the recorded voice said. So I hunkered down and waited.
After about 45 minutes, a man named Shawn got on the line. Shawn was very nice and assured me that although payment had supposedly been "issued" 3 weeks before, in reality the check had still not been sent. He said it should go out in about a week and gave me his email address in case I didn't receive it. I felt bad for the nasty email I had written to customer service during my hour in the phone.
Well, I shouldn't have, because I never got the check. I waited two weeks before I emailed Shawn, who, you guessed it, never responded. If anyone is interested in filing a class-action suit, I am totally there.
