Buyers beware of this company's success with delay and deceit!!

My intention was to obtain the best product possible at the most ecomical price. I searched on-line and purchased a carport and was very pleased that I was able to do so, confident that these people would complete the job as their ad promised, within 60-90 days. They processed my payment on October 6.

All I ever got was telephone calls and promises and as of February 16 no one ever showed up. Even when I advised them when they called on February 12, that further empty promises would only frustrate me more, it still did not provide enough incentive to make them keep their promised installation.

Each time they promised to come and did not show up, it was a tremendous inconvenience to me. I had to alter and rechedule my days so that I could be present while the crew was on premises. Additionally, I was never notified that there would be another no-show when they would "schedule" me and not show up (in all there were three "no-shows"). 

It appears from reading not a few of the 4,081 complaints against this company on file, that this company does a thriving business collecting non-refundable 10% down payments, frustrating unsuspecting customers with their empty promises to install and instead simply delay repetitively.  According to the reviews written by those who eventually get a carport installed, the carport is poorly constructed and installed in an inferior way.

They need to be shut down!
