I was trying to make up my mind on which vehicle I wanted to buy. It is tough to decide when making such a large purchase. I was was only getting some info because there were other vehicle I wanted to check out as well. The salesman was nice and informative, but the GM with the Napolean complex was an a*s(Bob Ellis). He was pushy, rude, and sarcastic about the whole process. It took forever to get a answer on price and the value of my trade in. It was like talking to a midget with a huge attitude problem.
The longer I sat there the worst the whole experience became. All of the sudden I heard a loud burst off screaming. Come to find out it was the owner as I was told(Bob Loquercio) telling some employing to go "F" himslef. He was loudly mother "F" ing and all sorts of other horrible words that rang into the dealership's showroom. There were even children and other customers walking around the showroom.
I was ready to live at this point. The only thing holding me back was all of the sudden they couldn't find the keys to my car. After about 15 minutes of making up that BS the midgit(Bob Ellis) came back and make me a more tempting offer. He told me that it was the best deal he had and that he would give it to me if I could promise to recommend Elgin Toyota to friends and family. He also wanted to know if I could score perfect marks on a survey that I would soon receive after the pruchase.
Well guess what? I drove straight to Schaumburg Toyota where I got the same exact price deal and was treated better.
A little advice to everybody, don't go to Elgin Toyota. They are assholes and don't give a crap about their customers. An owner that talks to their employees like that should also have to be shut down.
Since then I have referred many to Schaumburg Toyota, and about 4 friend and family members have bought from there.

For some reason, when you now 'Google' this- HANKY PANKY BERNANKE RIPOFF, you will not pull-up the 'Toyota Motor Corporation USA Manipulation' Ripoff Report. Perhaps the 'internet police' are hard at work ERASING things that they don't want the PEOPLE to know about!!!
'So', simply 'Google' this- BERNANKE HE INHERITED A BIG PROBLEM WAS IT DUE TO ANY HANKY PANKY, and you will pull it up!!
If that doesn't pull-up the Ripoff Report with 'FED POEM' & the other two POEMS, simply 'Google' this- RIP OFF REPORT TOYOTA MOTOR CORPORATION USA MANIPULATION, and you WILL pull it up!!!

P.S. IF YOUR AIRBAGS are DEFECTIVE, then YOUR LIFE COULD BE IN DANGER, correct?!!! I would want it in WRITING from the Dealership, & Toyota Corporation, that my AIRBAGS will deploy if I were in an accident in my Toyota, WOULDN'T YOU???!!!!
