Dayan Patterson Milanes, employee of Elite Booting inc., a scam company that operates in the parking lot of burgr king, located at 10SW 8th ST (which is a fictional adress, cause this scheme firm is not legit at all), intimidated me today (may 18th) at 11 am to pay $89 dollars by having 2 boots that he put for no reason on the tires of my car. He was the whole time very agressive and sarcarstic.

If this was a serious company this person wouldnt work for them anymore, since he was arrested on January-2018 in that very same parking lot for assaulting a customer.

I want to know until when Miami authorities are going to allow this menice to society to keep existing and operating in front of everyone's nose without taking any measure to stop it!!!!!

This employee (Dayan Patterson Milanes) is clearly a criminal and shouldn't be alowed to deal with customers.

Hi friend, thanks for the comments. Just to clear your doubts: 1- I never left the mentioned plaza, i was there to check on a empty space that is being advertised for a lease, where it used to be a juice place. 2- I did call the police and surprisinly it seemed that they were ok with it. Before i said anything they knew the location of this scheme and the name of the company (not sure of whats going on there). Probably because this criminal called Dayan Patterson Milanes was already arrested there. Since i had more and better things to do with my time still in that afternoon, i payed under coercion and left. But i filed a report at the police and im hiring a lawyer to pursue a refund and moral damages for the fact. Best regards!

With the photo you provided you will notice a sign that states "Customer Parking while on the premises".  So were you on the premises that parking lot belongs to, or do you just happen to park there for a "few minutes" while you went next door or across the street.

Perhaps you had every intention of shopping at that strip mall AFTER you went somewhere else.  Perhaps you stopped at one of the locations and just figured that gave you a right to park there for as long as you wanted.

By the way if you were being "intimidated" why didn't you call the police?
