Please DO NOT do business with this company. They charged me almost $800.00 to fix my TV, promised it would be like new again, kept my TV for almost two months, told me I had a warranty but neglected to mention the extra trip charge, the TV went bad within days of getting it back and I when called to ask for service I was advised that I had to pay another trip charge. Asked to speak with manager or owner and learned there was none. Even though they are listed in the phone book. They are scammers, they take your hard earned money, like the gift that keeps on giving. Would not work with us over the $59 they charge. Then they tried to tell us that if the tech could not fix the problem they would get us another TV. Yeah right, how much is that going to cost us. The tech had a body odor and said his helpers quit. Well I wonder why. My husband had to help him carry our TV in the house. I had to admit to my husband that I made a HUGH mistake with this company please do not do business with this company. They will take your money and leave you an unrepaired TV, then charge you more to come out and fix it again. STEVE IF YOU READ THIS, I WANT YOU TO KNOW THAT THIS IS NOT GOOD BUSINESS.

To the best of our records this is not a verifiable complaint,
We are not able to find any repair that matches the timeframe, price and location of this complaint.
This means this is likely a bogus complaint. If the poster wishes to identify themselves and present us a service invoice number. we will be happy to investigate the matter further to correct the problem
BUT for the sake of arguement, lets say this report true.
The report admits that got a repair for their money.
A repair was completed and paid for.
They got a written parts and labor warranty. NOT a trip charge warranty. Nobody warrants trip charges or service calls.
Warranty service was offered. Client refused warranty service.
SLANDER:
The tech had a body odor. How is this revelant ?

They are scammers, they take your hard earned money, like the gift that keeps on giving. Our attorney loves such slanderous statements.
Please DO NOT do business with this company. Sorry but 2500 or more clients a year can not be wrong.

Asked to speak with manager or owner and learned there was none.
Roger is our Service Manager. He will speak to anyone.
Remember:
1. Please contact us BEFORE posting anything.
2. Any business is going to have a few bad reports. That does not make it a bad business. This is normal. People will take the time to complain but rarely do they leave positive comments.
3. Nobody can satisfy everyone. How a business handles its difficult customers is a real measure of its character.
4. Dishonest businesses do NOT last for over 38 years, like we have.
5. You can only "ripoff" someone if you took their money and did not give them something for it. In this case, They got a Repair for their money Nobody was ripped off.
6. It is the clients responsibility to pay for any additional expenses over and above the warranty,
