EMC MORTGAGE Did a scam on a modification loan, Internet

Called EMC mortgage about modification loan after receiving info in mail was not behind on payment.Told me i had to be three payments behind to qualify and miss three call them back. I did they took financials and said i was approved dropped payment from 600 to 527. Said make that for first three months then i would be notified. Made last payment to thenm and called still under review. 4 months later i received letter 6000 behind called said they were computer generated still under review. Received another in one month called under review.

Mon. morning the next month lasy at my house taking pics went out and ask what she was doing ask me if I was the homeowner said yes she ask are u sure. I told her it was under modification she informed me she was with keller williams real estate and I needed to call EMC taking pics for foreclosure...Called immediately was told still under review for modification. arugued and ask about somone being at my house ask to speak to a supervisor. Put on hold for 30 min then supervisor tells me denied 2 months earlier...i owed 4000 and something did financials and came up with repayment plan of 1090 per month made on time very finiancially strapped..

Called before last payment was made to see when paymnet would be due and back to the regular 600 was told no..still owed 2000 called a credit counseling company did a three way phone conversation was then told no not 2000 would be only 300 short could sent in extra when payment dropped back down.made lastpayment got an acceleration of notice to forclose called was told again owed 2000..Went to a credit counselors office and he called them told me whoever had did reypayment plan had messed it up..did finiancials and was to pay 721 nov. dec and jan. 1248 then back to 721 not 600 while under modificatio they placed hazard insurance on so it made the 600 go up i have my own insurance that I was paying every month still do not understand this..got cantract in amil and they had added a 1077 for feb.

called and told me this was no longer in effect becasue the contract was null and void the payment was supposed to be there Nov 30 it posted on dec. 7 I always send overnight and they have to sign for they ask me what address i sent it to told them and informed me i was using the wrong one i have always used this address with them..Told me i would have to do another repayment plan or it would go into forclosure told them i would send in 1000 the next day then 400-500 every thur. said they could not do that told them whenever I signed anything with them it never mattered because they always came up with something i have been dealing with this the past year and am getting nowhere with this company was actually yold one of the payments for 1090 was late and the tracking number i gave them was bogus..called express mail it was delivered on the day it was due and a j potter had signed called emc back was told a j potter did not work there and hung up on called that afternoon and they had it.have tried to do everything in my power to work with this company and they willnot help at all.
