I contacted emerge-master card to discuss the periodic finance charges accumulation while making payments of fifty dollars every two weeks to lower the balance. I could hardly get ahead. I tried talking within the representive and explained the reason for the call to get some understanding of the annual percentage rate and how it was accumulating. I explain my concerns and listen to what she read from a card. I asked for her supervisor or someone that would make some adjustments or decisions, I held the phone and after a short period the phone went dead. Making repeated attemps and completing the automatic information and placed on hold for a representive the phone contunied to go dead. I tried repeatedly to contact the dispute resolution office and before I could get to talk to anyone the line was dead. Help!
