emerege master card charges 29.99 apr rate.
though the account has been closed and no new charges are applied to the account, the balance continues to increase. how does that happen? you cannot call the company to speak with a person. it is all automated and there is no operator that answers the phone. Emerge master card is the worst company I have every dealt with, or tried to deal with. I hate them.
