Empire Carpets Bad quality service Memphis TN

Special offer that cost a lot of money. Discount did not match the TV commercial. Had 4 rooms and 4 closets of carpet installed. The only rooms the carpet has not lifted from are the closets and the living room floor because we have a decorative carpet on top of the living room floor and we don't walk really in the closets. 

All other carperts are lifting everywhere and it's only been approximately a year and a half. The problem also includes, warranty runs out in a year.  Wow! You have to pay to have carpet streteched.  I'm stil paying and will be paying for a couple more years on the new carpet and installation.  Don't do it if you expect to be walking on your carpets for over a year and lucky we don't have a large family.
