Empire Medical Training FRAUD ft lauderdale, Florida
*REBUTTAL Owner of company: Company Respond
I recently attended an Ultrasound conference
The instructor was poorly qualified and not certified - the students were teaching the teacher. The syllabus was not followed and the instructor had never reviewed the program prior to presenting. He could not perform procedures in the syllabus scheduled for teaching
The equipment was barely functioning - facilities were horrific
The course stated it was AMA certified CME - when I called the AMA they said the company had been suspended and not eligible for CME

It is difficult to respond to this comment because of the misstatements. During the ultrasound course we use Sonosite equipment which is state of the art. The facilities we use (depending on the program, our pain management training is held at our physician training center not a hotel) are 4- 5 star hotels.
There is no such thing as AMA certified CME, we have never used this language in any of our materials. It is hard to believe that anyone reading this persons complaint will believe that the students were teaching the teacher. I always question when I read an anonymous report as to the validity of the statement, good or bad. Anonymous reports are generally not credible.
Please visit our website for real testimonials. You may be thinking that these video testimonials may be staged or not real, at least take a look, judge for yourself. There are over 22 video testimonials, we just began taping physicians when they attend our programs. I believe several of them are from doctors who have attended our ultrasound program. http://www.empiremedicaltraining.com/reviews
